Founded in 2016, the Tamil Archive Project (TAP) is a migratory collective, led by a group of volunteers, many of whom are youth, women, and/or part of the 2SLQBTQ+ community. 

TAP’s goal is for marginalized communities, underrepresented in traditional archives, to document their own lived experiences and histories.  The project prioritizes the participation and experiences of all genders from racialized communities in the Greater Toronto Area in preserving and documenting their living histories through events and artist collaborations
