About the Author:

A. Silvio Baldassarra is an architect with 48 years experience and Chairman of NORR Architects and Engineers Limited, an A&E consulting firm founded in Toronto in 1938 with over 15 offices globally and 800 staff globally. Baldassarra led numerous architectural projects, spanning fields such as aviation design and management, education, government, hospitality, justice, sports and transportation, and religion. Baldassarra was the design architect for renovations to St. Thomas Aquinas parish at the Newman Centre.
