Project Statement: Describe the scope and scale of the project, and a summary of why the project is deserving of recognition according to the eligibility standards and jury criteria. Project statements must include the original date of construction and architect/designer of the heritage building. (maximum 250 words)

Submissions must include 'before and after' views, principal elevations, character-defining details, and context-setting street photographs of the property, including captions that describe the conservation techniques used. All viewpoints of the exterior and, where appropriate, the interior, should be included.
