2024 Heritage Toronto Award Winners

Celebrating excellence in the heritage sector

The winners of the 49th annual Heritage Toronto Awards were announced on October 28, 2024 at the Carlu in downtown Toronto.

Six winners were named from 53 nominees in three categories: Book, Public History, and Built Heritage. Five of the categories were independently judged by a jury of experts, with the sixth category, the People’s Choice Award, chosen by Heritage Toronto donors and ceremony attendees.

The 2024 Volunteer Service Award was presented to Greg Heal.
