Project Statement: Describe the scope and scale of the project, and a summary of why the project is deserving of recognition according to the eligibility standards and jury criteria. Project statements must include the original date of construction and architect/designer of the heritage building. (maximum 250 words)

Statement of Conservation: Provide a detailed description of the existing conditions and conservation challenges faced during the project. Statements should include an explanation of any engineering or conservation techniques used to meet these challenges.(maximum 500 words)

Project Reference Media for Jury Consideration: Please provide any additional media (images, designs, videos, etc.) below that provides sufficient evidence and a clear understanding of the character-defining elements, context, and value of the project without requiring a site-visit. Submissions must include ‘before and after’ views, principal elevations, character-defining details, and context-setting street photographs of the property, including captions that describe the conservation techniques used. All viewpoints of the exterior and, where appropriate, the interior, should be included.
