The 2025 People’s Choice Award recognizes and supports the work of heritage champions who are striving to engage and challenge us, and to build a better city by exploring our shared past.
Unlike the other Heritage Toronto Awards, the People’s Choice Award is chosen by you — event ticket holders and Heritage Toronto Donors — and includes a $1,000 prize given to the winner to support their next public history project.
The People’s Choice Award will be announced live at the 50th Heritage Toronto Awards event on Monday, October 20th, 2025.
Voting for the People Choice Award was open until midnight on October 17.
