Three plaques honour one of Canada's most ground-breaking communities
On a chilly day, Heritage Toronto presented three new plaques detailing the story of the historic Don Mills community, one of Canada's first planned "New Towns".
On Wednesday, April 22nd we were joined by Councillor Cliff Jenkins, Edith Geduld of the North York Community Preservation Panel and Anne Morash of Cadillac Fairview at the opening of the Shops at Don Mills.
The plaques can be found in the new Town Square in the centre.
