Daniel Farmer

Daniel Farmer is a financial consultant and has an MBA Finance from the University of Toronto. He has held national strategy positions and managed billion dollar portfolios for two of Canada's largest banks. His corporate finance work has taken him to Europe and across North America. His clients have included multinationals, large professional firms and not-for-profit organizations. His passion for heritage properties is demonstrated by his ownership and sensitive renovation of significant properties in the Rosedale and Forest Hill areas of Toronto. An innovator in real estate development, he converted a large Rosedale property into the first two-unit residential condominium in the Province of Ontario. He has lived in Toronto, Calgary and New York City where he is a member of the landmark Metropolitan Club of New York. He was appointed to the Heritage Toronto Board in 2011.
